What is your return and exchange policy on wedding dresses?
Each wedding dress made in our atelier is made exclusively to order and based on the measurements of each bride, rendering Nadia Manzato dresses unique creations made according to the specifications entered at the time of order. This type of workmanship guarantees the highest level of quality, in order to ensure a dress that is always impeccable and to make sure that every bride can receive her perfect dress. Precisely because each garment is unique and personalised, the wedding dress cannot be changed or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
All our dresses are subjected to numerous quality checks to make sure that each dress that is delivered is perfect, however if there is a manufacturing defect, please report it within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, accompanying the message with a photo and with the order number.
We are not responsible for any change in measurements after the order is made due to weight gain or weight loss/pregnancy or any necessary alterations or any incorrect measurements.
You can request a cancellation of the order within 7 days of purchasing the dress, after this time it is no longer possible to cancel it as it has already been processed and the making the dress has begun.
What is your return and exchange policy on wedding accessories?
We recommend that you try on your accessory as soon as you receive it, without wearing make-up, lotions or products that could damage it. If you are not satisfied with your Nadia Manzato accessory (hair combs, veils, stoles, and all the products in the "Accessories" section of the shop) you can request a exchange with another product within 14 days of receiving your order by sending a request to email@example.com.
Changing the accessory for a different type and style of product depends on the availability in stock. In this case, the cost of shipping to our office is the responsibility of the buyer.
If, on the other hand, the product arrives damaged or with obvious defects, you can report it to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching to the email a photo of the accessory and the order number within 14 days of receiving the order.
In this case, our team will arrange for the accessory to be collected and will send you the transport document, and the shipment will be at our expense.
If you do not wish to exchange your accessory with a new product, we will refund your order, with the same payment method that was used for placing the order.We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product shows signs of use.
How can I request a return?
You can request a return by contacting us at email@example.com. The return of the order to our office must be made by shipping with a tracking number, which must be communicated to us.
In the case of international shipping, indicate in the shipping documents “Product to be returned. No commercial value”, to avoid paying any duties or taxes, which would have to be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if it has been accepted or declined.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 10 days of notification with the same payment method used for the order. Please note that it may take a few more days to receive your refund depending on the country of destination.
