Changing the accessory for a different type and style of product depends on the availability in stock. In this case, the cost of shipping to our office is the responsibility of the buyer.
If, on the other hand, the product arrives damaged or with obvious defects, you can report it to info@nadiamanzato.com, attaching to the email a photo of the accessory and the order number within 14 days of receiving the order. In this case, our team will arrange for the accessory to be collected and will send you the transport document, and the shipment will be at our expense..
