Shippings costs

Shipping is included in the price for orders over € 100. For all other orders the shipping costs are calculated at check-out and vary according to the destination.

Shipments timings

When your dress will be ready, you will be notified by an email with shipment details. All shipments are accompanied by a tracking code with which the bride can check the status of the shipment at any time.

Shipping times are as follows:

- International shipments 5-10 days (any delays due to the customs clearance of the package are not counted);

- Shipments to the European Union 4-6 days;

- Domestic shipping 2-4 days.

All shipping times are estimated and not final, and we are not responsible for any delays due to strikes, lengthening of customs clearance times, or other causes beyond our control. For this reason we recommend that you order your dress at least 6 months before your wedding date.

Customs duties or taxes

Import duties and customs taxes may be applied once the package has arrived in the country of destination, if it is outside the European Union. Unfortunately, they do not depend on us and we cannot calculate them in advance, so we recommend brides who order outside the EU check with their customs office to get an estimate of the cost, so as to be aware of any taxes that need to be paid.

Shipping destinations

We ship all over the world. We use FedEx couriers for international shipments, FedEx and DHL for shipments to the EU, and DHL and SDA for domestic shipments. All shipments are accompanied by a tracking code with which the bride can check the status of the shipment at any time.
